Warning About PureFlix And So-Called Christian Movies

PureFlix presents itself as movie company for pure wholesome “Christian” movies. They state in their ads that they are a Christian alternative to Netflix. While they are more wholesome than the Hollywood garbage on Netflix, PureFlix has quite a few wicked “Christian” movies on their site.

First off, it’s worth noting that Christians should not be seeking entertainment, we are supposed to be redeeming the time because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:15-16).

PureFlix has movies promoting pagan false religions like Roman Catholicism on their site.

They are promoting the Catholic false prophet Fulton Sheen (Currently dead and in Hell)

Any Christian with discernment knows that Roman Catholicism is a pagan false religion and that it is nothing but a perversion and corruption of Biblical Christianity. So-called “Christian” movie companies like PureFlix promote Catholicism as if it’s simply another branch of Christianity when nothing could be further from the truth, Catholicism has nothing to do with Biblical Christianity, the true Biblical Christians were murdered by Catholicism for refusing to bow to the Pope and worship all the Catholic idols.

PureFlix has an entire section promoting the false religion Catholicism.

Most of the so-called “Christian” movies on PureFlix are full of violence, immodesty, and have feminist themes. Many of the “Christian” actors are dressed immodestly and dressed like the world.

1 Timothy 2:9 – In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;

Another problem with PureFlix is the fact that the movies consist with actors that are pretending to be something else, as well as lots of carnal and worldly music and themes. Christians should not be seeking worldly carnal entertainment, they should be serving God and redeeming the time.
